I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable, and quiet, with excellent beds, a nice and big balcony, and a spacious bathroom. The spa floor was not extremely nice but overall very spacious and cozy. The service was top-notch, though there was a small incident where I felt yelled at for requesting specific room arrangements. The location was perfect for my ski trip, just a few minutes walk from the Rosshütte Ski Lift. The dining experience was quite impressive with the best breakfasts of my trip, although there were some issues with service speed. The facilities were great and well-maintained, providing a pleasant overall experience.
